Return window
You may request a return within 3 days of purchase.
Conditions
- Item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number / receipt) is required.
Items that cannot be returned
For hygiene and practical reasons, the following are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Opened art supplies
- Sale / discounted items
- Past papers
- Writing instruments
- Workbooks
- Electronic items
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
Refunds
Approved returns are resolved by replacement, bank transfer, or store credit, based on your preference and stock availability.
